Commemorative Birth Certificate

The Western Australian Registry registers all births that occur in Western Australia since 1 September 1841. A commemorative birth certificate is available from the Registry Office on application and payment of the relevant fee. If the birth occurred in another State, contact the relevant Registry Office.

These certificates are available for anyone born and registered in Western Australia and make the perfect gift to celebrate the birth of a newborn child or to preserve your family history. A standard birth certificate is issued with each Commemorative Birth Certificate. This certificate is for everyday use such as a passport application, opening a bank account and evidence-of-identity.

The specially designed birth certificates are printed on archival quality paper and come in a standard framing size of 210mm x 297mm (A4).
