A commemorative birth certificate is available from the Registry Office on application and payment of the relevant fee. If the birth occurred in another State, contact the relevant Registry Office.

The specially designed birth certificates are printed on archival quality paper and come in a standard framing size of 210mm x 297mm (A4).
